East Brunswick Courts Re-Done!

Thursday, August 1st the outdoor racquetball courts opened at Bicentennial Park in East Brunswick. New walls were erected, floors were redone, and all-around the results are AWESOME!

Spring Into Action!

There's something about playing racquetball out in the fresh air and having the sun beating down on you while you smash that ball against the wall. If you’re looking to give it a try you can find a bunch of guys and gals usually out playing racquetball at Bicentennial Park in East Brunswick, especially on weekends. So don't be shy about giving this interesting twist a shot. And while there keep an eye out for our Outdoor Racquetball Director, Glenn Stephenson. Look for the guy with the ACE of Spades tattoo on his leg and the flaming racquetball on his arm.

Thanks Brian! A council meeting was held on May 10th at the East Brunswick courthouse at which a group of hardcore outdoor racquetball players, handball players, tennis players and NJAR board members went to show their support. At the meeting Brian Deneroff spoke to the council, advocating $500,000 be appropriated to have the courts at Bicentennial Park resurfaced. The appropriation was passed. Kudos to Brian and all who showed their support!
