Ladies’ Day

A special thanks to The Club at Woodbridge for volunteering to be our host facility for Ladies’ Day.

The NJAR and The Club at Woodbridge are excited to co-sponsor this ladies only program. This program encourages girls of all ages to learn more about the sport and to get the opportunity to play with other ladies from clubs in the tri-state area. This is a day of instruction for new players, and clinics and playing tips are available for more seasoned competitors.  Singles and doubles play brings out the camaraderie amongst friends and the opportunity to develop new racquetball friendships. Speed gun and trivia contests get everyone’s competitive juices flowing, and who doesn’t enjoy winning that box of Godiva Chocolates, Victoria’s Secret goodies, or other awesome gifts?  Refreshments are provided by the NJAR. Please see our Tournaments and Events page for details on the next Ladies’ Day event, including sign-up information.

Ladies’ Day 2016 - Fall Edition

On October 16th The Club at Woodbridge and NJAR were happy to host Ladies’ Day, a day full of racquetball fun. It was great seeing newbies who have never played before joining us for this event. The beginners were taught the basics of how to hit the ball and afterwards began a beginner's game of racquetball. Those familiar with the game had plenty of opportunities to play singles and doubles. After playing for some time a brief break was taken to fuel up for more playing. Towards the end we had a Q&A session where the ladies were able to win door prizes. Thanks go out to our sponsors, E- Force, Head and Ektelon, who provided the door prizes. The time went by too quickly leaving us wanting more time to play. We are grateful that The Club graciously offered their courts for Ladies Day as we look forward to the next Ladies’ Day. Please see our dedicated Ladies’ Day page for additional details, as well as the Gallery page for pictures.
