NANCY LUYANDO, Vice President and Treasurer

Sponsor: Team HEAD (RMC)

Nancy has been teaching racquetball at Middlesex County College for over twenty-five years and has served as the college racquetball club mentor. She is a USAR Certified Racquetball Instructor, Director of Racquetball Operations at LA Fitness (North Brunswick), and the NJ Regional Marketing Coordinator (RMC) for Team HEAD. Nancy truly Rises to the Head of the Class! Congrats to the USA Racquetball 2018 January Racquetball Ambassador - Nancy Luyando! Feel free to email the NJAR Vice President.

Eleanor (”E-Force Ellie”) Rigby

NJAR Official Mascot

Always ready to pounce on a racquetball or bare her fangs when in the heat of battle, Miss Ellie embodies the spirit in all racquetball players: Power, Poise and Purrfection.
Alex Luyando, Webmaster Alex has been a recreational racquetball player since the late 70s whose biggest contribution to racquetball has been the introduction of racquetball to our NJAR VP Nancy (think: “I was but the learner; now *I* am the master.”[a]) and the daily care and feeding of our official NJAR mascot, the totally adorable and purrfect e-Force Ellie. When not trying to figure out why he’s not rolling out every shot after decades of playing racquetball Alex tends to the care and feeding of this website, hoping to provide a portal into the New Jersey racquetball scene for racquetball players of all ages and levels. YOU can help! Please feel free to email me with feedback, ideas, suggestions that will help make this site better! ___ [a] - Darth Vader to Obi-Wan Kenobi (or Nancy to Alex!): I've been waiting for you, Obi-Wan. We meet again, at last. The circle is now complete. When I left you, I was but the learner; now *I* am the master. Email Marketing/Sponsorships Dir. Matt Fontanilla, Board Member Matt was introduced to the sport of racquetball while attending Rutgers University in 2016. Later that year, he joined the school's Racquetball Club and became its President soon after, a position he held until his graduation in 2019. During his time as President, he oversaw the growth of the collegiate program from 4 to over 30 members and raised over $20,000 to run the club. Matt continues to look forward to improving the sport at all levels.
